Faith Formation
To register your child(ren) for our Parish Religious Education Program, please print and fill out the forms below. You may return the completed forms:
1.) In an envelope with payment in the collection basket at any Mass.
2.) Mail to parish office with payment--514 Camden Ave, Salisbury, MD 21801
3.) Bring form and payment to the parish office during office hours of 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Mon-Thurs and until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
4.) Pay online and send in the completed form in one of the three ways above.
Parish Faith Formation Program - Pre-K through High School

Faith Formation classes will begin on Sunday, September 8, 2024. This will be a special family activity that will be outside on the Parish Center front lawn if there is nice weather. It will be moved to inside the Barbara & Philip Long Parish Center if there is rain.
This is the same weekend as the Blessings of the students, teachers, and backpacks. Please bring your backpack to all masses for a special blessing and prayer keychain.
Registration for religious education for the school year 2024-2025 is now open! You can complete the form located in the vestibule of church. Once completed, please return the form and payment to the church office.
Para inscribir a su hijo (s) en nuestro programa de educación religiosa parroquial, por favor imprima y llene los siguientes formularios. Puede devolver los formularios cumplimentados:
1. En un sobre con el pago en la cesta de la colección en cualquier Mass.

For the Sake of God’s Children is a program focused on the continuous development of a safe environment in our communities. The program has three major components:
– Conducting Background Checks for Church Personnel
– Ethical and Behavioral Standards for Church Personnel

First Reconciliation and Eucharist Preparation
Children may participate in the First Communion Preparation Sessions if they are in second grade or older and are participating in their second year of a formal faith formation program. The preparation process is threefold: parish preparation, formal faith formation program, family participation.
